I can’t imagine going back. Just thinking about feeling bloated and having horrible skin again makes me shiver.
This is my third month. I still love it. I have extremely bad days from time to time and sometimes my body shuts down for a week or two and won’t get motivated to move. No idea where it comes from, but it’s just something that’s a part of me. How I cope with it shows in my progress.
On good days (which I have more), I am extremely productive when it comes to working out. I workout in the morning and during the evening as well. Wether it’s yoga an all over body workout or running. Two rest days doesn’t work for me on most weeks. Monday to saturday 30-45 mins if moving per day. It’s a habit now.
Now as they say “working out is the easy part”. Clean eating every single day takes patience and discipline. It’s hard. It’s takes a lot of work to do with your mind. Your body doesn’t need any junk food, so the thing to do is to convince your mind as well. Let it go. Stay strong.
